Download a versioned JSON copy of your profile, memberships, authored content, conversations, preferences, durable AI memories, activity records, and relevant billing metadata. The export never includes another person’s private data.
Update your display name and avatar in Privacy. To change your verified email, confirm the change through secure links sent by Supabase.
Review and permanently delete durable AI memories without closing your account. Disabling memory stops new durable memories.
Turn off optional AI processing, durable memory, and action-item email notifications at any time. Prior consent records remain as evidence, but future optional processing stops.
Account closure immediately locks access and signs you out. Cleanup then removes your Auth account and profile, avatar reference, devices, notifications, preferences, memberships, invitations, reactions, authored posts and comments with dependent threads, conversations, checkpoints, and durable AI memories.
Shared organization schedules, summaries, action items, required audit evidence, and legally necessary billing or security records may remain without your attribution. Backups age out under the provider’s backup schedule. We aim to finish as soon as practical and no later than 30 days.
If you are the only app or organization administrator, or you own active billing, you must transfer that responsibility first. The signed-in Privacy page provides the transfer controls and requires a sign-in from the previous 10 minutes plus typed confirmation.
